After the initial information gathering is complete, Hospo Health will generate a full performance & financial health check of your business & use that data as base input for your weekly dashboard report.

Perform

Each week after payroll is complete, Hospo Health will report:

  • Net profit achieved

  • Wage cost vs sales %

  • Food & Bev costs vs sales %

  • A comparison of those figures against pre-selected benchmarks or the averages of similar local businesses to determine areas for improvement

  • Total number of sales

  • Average sale price (or spend per head)

  • Comps/discounts vs sales %

Groups

For owners of multiple businesses, Hospo Health has a group roll-up dashboard that displays the performance & finance data of each individual business alongside each other & also shows the combined totals for the entire group
